Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped worldwide via UPS. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.


Estimated Delivery Times

France: 2–4 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

Rest of world: 5–14 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or force majeure events are beyond our control.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. KAP company has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at contact@kap.company with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
