Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French and European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

How to Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@kap.company within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. KAP company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items, in which case KAP company will cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

Customised or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
