We ship worldwide via UPS. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times

EU and EEA: approximately 3 to 8 business days

United States and Canada: approximately 5 to 10 business days

Japan and Asia: approximately 7 to 14 business days

Rest of world: approximately 7 to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or events beyond our control.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For destinations outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by local authorities. KAP company is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.

Loss or damage in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@kap.company within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with UPS and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with carrier terms.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility and timeframe

In accordance with French consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original product and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalised items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless defective.
