SHIPPING
We dispatch goods from Monday to Friday. Upon the departure of your order from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number through email.
It's important to note that our shipping fees do not cover any import duties that may be applicable.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You are entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at v@ltertorsleff.com. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including packaging, to qualify for a full refund. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not bear the cost of returning non-defective products. For your protection, we advise using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot assure the receipt of returned items otherwise.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed, and a refund receipt will be sent to you via email. The refund will then be credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
