Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, processing will occur on the next business day. We offer international shipping to select countries, with shipping times and rates varying depending on the destination. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes that may apply are the customer’s responsibility. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Returns
Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales Enquiries with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
